3 Quick & Easy Ways To Be Happy

Have you ever “hated” your life? or Wondered why you always attract bad luck?

The truth is life does not happen to us, it happens for us. You are part of a large co-creation. That part of you which serves a purpose, that purpose is the reason why you are here on this planet. What if you could learn what that purpose was? how much would your life change?

  1. Start living in the present moment: If you are too busy worrying about what happened yesterday or the day before and how could this person do this, that, and the other, and how come this only ever happens to you and why is life just so dame stressful? If this is you in a nut shell, these thoughts are preventing you from living in the NOW and moving forward. Being in the now allows you to feel your breath, become conscious of your awareness and environment, knowing what you are feeling when and why. These types of thoughts can cause our selves to become a slave to our own minds causing us to walk around zombified.

    Reframe: Try to be calm, aware of your surroundings, conscious of your thoughts and feelings and take deep breaths in. This will allow you to be in the present moment. Try meditation. Only 5 -10 minutes a day will suffice and provide the grounding you will need to carry on for the rest of the day.

  2.  Self-talk: Words of discouragement to your self will only bring you a negative outcome. Thoughts become things and if we intoxicate our minds with negative self-talk, then of course we are going to attract nothing but negative experiences. The reason for this is we align our self with that type of energy. For example; How many times have you woken up of a morning and spilled coffee over your self, or jammed your finger in the door of a car and you knew from that point onwards that you would have a bad day. It is because you have set the intention of negative experience. Hence why your day goes pear shape after a subtle incident.

    Reframe: Wake up with an abundance of happiness, if you struggle with this, put your favourite tunes on. What gets my energy high of a morning is the track “It’s such a good vibration, sweet sensation” by Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. Remember them? This tune always gets me in a state of high energy and preps me up for my awesome day. Each morning you get up, after washing your face, look up into the mirror and tell your self beautiful things such as “Good morning beautiful” or “Today is going to be such an awesome day” Remember thoughts become things. When you believe what you say, you will align your self to those positive energies. Try it. I promise you won’t regret it.

  3. Positive Friends: If your miserable, chances are you will attract friends who are also miserable because misery loves company. Why else do you think those miserable people would put up with your misery? Miserable people like others to know that they are miserable. How depressing.

    Reframe: Surround your self with positive, happy people. Even if it means you need to dump your friends. Trust me, it’s not worth the heart ache and pain. OR you could convert your friend from misery to happiness by adding a positive compliment about about themselves. Distracting them from the negative chatter bringing their attention to themselves our their fabulous new shoes or gorgeous looking new hair style.

    These are only a few things, But I think you get my drift. Chasing to be happy takes effort and this is partially the reason why so many people are unhappy or stressed, because it takes effort to create change. Why should people shift their whole mindset and behaviours when being stressful and unhappy is an easier option?
