HouseIf we find that one of these elements are out of alignment, this will create disharmony within our body. This can lead to all kinds of sickness and ill health. So in order to live in optimal state, it is important that we become mindful in keep these elements aligned & nourished.

Let’s take a close look at your house. Is your house governed by the following elements:

  • Social
  • Spiritual Wellness (values, beliefs, purpose)
  • Mental, emotional
  • Physical
  • Environment / family



Social structure is vital in keeping a well balanced healthy life style. Think about it. How much would your life change if you went against the status quo and started to make shift happen when you purposely engage in a like-minded community? Numerous studies show that people change their negative habits and old belief systems when they are embedded in social groups that help support and provide nourishment for their soul. For instance, if weight loss is one of your goals, surround yourself with others who are on the same journey to help create the potential for real change. Surround yourself in a positive social group to help create the change you need. Change is easy when it occurs within a social group, everyone comes together as they live in unison with one another.
