I am so happy and grateful now that I get to help individuals with scientifically proven coping strategies on how to overcome their fears, stress and anxiety. More often than not, fear of the unknown or stress can lead to all kinds of mood disorders. Magic Minds Coaching is about teaching invaluable life coaching management, by helping individuals shift their mindset and bring awareness from where they are mentally, to where they should be.

My journey into being of service to others, was first established when I started as remedial massage therapist in 2008. As part of my growth and development, I obtained a Bachelors degree in Exercise Sport Science at the University of Newcastle to help fast track treatment for my clients. My skills not only helped my clients on a soft tissue level by reducing their pain levels, but also helped them improve their functional movement patterns.

During my third year of University, I discovered that some people who I was treating, relied on treatment and always had something to complain about. I found that no matter how much I treated some people, there was something that was preventing them from reaching their full healing potential. These were the type of people who were never free from physical and emotional pain. In other words, their perception of themselves (mentally), often manifested as pain on their physical body. 

Eventually, I started to integrate mindset coaching and implement strategic intervention as part of treatment, the results were inspiring and promising. I came to the conclusion that we have been programmed certain beliefs about ourselves, and our place in the world. Those beliefs dictate the results we get in our life. It is time that people step out of their programmed minds and start manifesting what they truly desire out of their life.

In 2008, I suffered major post natal depression in combination with anxiety, which I had since growing up. Since applying these principles in the last decade, I have been in practice, I have enhanced my physical performance and shifted my thoughts and behaviour by challenging my mind and body. For instance, I ran my first Marathon in 2010, I’ve raced in triathlons, I competed in various sporting events, such as International Jiu Jitsu tournaments, grappling against one of Australia’s top competitors with little training, I healed by body from illness, I’ve lost over 20 kg of weight and kept it off for close to 10 years. The best part of all is that now I get to teach others how to transform their lives and live life pain free by shifting their beliefs. 

Whether you want to be physically or emotionally pain free, or you want to transform your body, achieve your goals or you just want to do something great in life. You CAN have it all. Marianne Williamson once said “If you feel like you’re wasting your life’s potential, you are. The truth is, you have far more power and potential than you can dream about. Over the last couple of years, I have submerged my self in deep understanding of how my mind works and how I can achieve anything I want out of life. Now it’s your turn to create magic in your life!
