I am grateful that I get to help individuals with scientifically proven coping strategies on how to overcome their fears, stress and anxiety. More often than not, fear of the unknown or stress can lead to all kinds of mood disorders. Magic Minds Coaching is about teaching invaluable life coaching management, by helping individuals shift their mindset and bring awareness from where they are mentally, to where they should be.

My journey into health and wellbeing began as remedial massage therapist in 2008. As part of my growth and development, I obtained a Bachelors degree in Exercise Sport Science at the University of Newcastle to assist my clients on a great scale. My skills not only helped my clients on a soft tissue level by reducing their physical pain levels, but also helped them improve their functional movement patterns as well.

During my time as an Exercise Physiology practitioner, I discovered that some patients relied heavily on treatment and never seemed to get better despite my attempts to ease their physical pain. These patients were never free from physical and or emotional pain. In other words, their perception of themselves (mentally), often manifested as physical pain. The mind + body connection is a strong one, and one can not experience harmony if one is out of synchronicity. 

Eventually, I started to integrate mindset and Neural Linguists Programming (NLP)  and implement strategic intervention protocols as part of patient treatments. The results were inspiring and promising.

In short, we have been programmed certain beliefs about ourselves, and our place in the world. Those beliefs dictate the results we get in our life. Ultimately, if these limiting beliefs are not actioned in an appropriate manner, this could lead individuals into believing they have physical symptoms, when in fact they only “think” they do.

Whether you want to be physically or emotionally pain free, or you want to transform your body, achieve your goals or you just want to do something great in life. You CAN have it all. Marianne Williamson once said “If you feel like you’re wasting your life’s potential, you are”. The truth is, you have far more power and potential than you can dream about. Over the last couple of years, I have submerged myself in to personal development and post graduate courses so that I can gain a deep level of understanding of how my mind works and how I can achieve anything I want out of life. Now that I have achieved that, it’s your turn to create magic in your life!
