FREE Outdoor Mindfulness Session

Everyone is welcome to our FREE Meditation session.
Experience perfect rest and relaxation as we bring awareness to our breath and mindfulness to our surroundings. Join us while we let go of any stress & tension in our body.

Mindfulness is an ancient practice that will help you overcome stress and anxiety, and bring peace & happiness to your heart.

Whether you’re totally new or if you’ve meditated for years, all levels are welcome.

This session will be 1 hour outdoor (weather dependant) meet in front of Blue Door coffee shop underneath from Merrewether Surf Club.

This session will be FREE of charge. In addition to our mindfulness session, we will be discussing strategies that can help eliminate stress and anxiety and ways to elevate energy and wellbeing.

What to bring: 

  • Yoga mat or picnic blanket
  • A mind ready to be decluttered and reenergised
  • Water bottle
