Meet the Facilitators

Sheb 5

Sheb coaches individual’s release trapped emotions by applying strategic intervention, including mindfulness. Her mission is to impress resilience, emotional intelligence and overall health & wellbeing while reducing stress and improving individual quality of life.

Sheb started her journey into the healing arts practising as remedial massage therapist in 2008. As part of her growth and development, she obtained a Bachelors degree in Exercise Sport Science at the University of Newcastle. Following graduation, Sheb pursued a career as strength and conditioning coach for various elite sporting teams integrating mindset coaching strategies and soft tissue work. Her resilience and strong work ethics come from years of martial arts training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Sheb continues to develop a growth mindset approach to every adversity that she comes across. Sheb has a passion for empowering and inspiring individuals to live a pain free life by providing powerful strategies that allow them to tap into their limitless mind.

With over 10 years clinical experience, and 1000’s of hours applied towards her personal development, Sheb is excited to be on this journey continuing to advocate towards positive mind, positive life.


Lara is a performance and wellness coach and has been helping people navigate through the stress and pressure that fear can create, so they can discover the truth behind their boundless potential and achieve the results that they have always wanted.

Having been a lawyer for the past 15 years and managing practice as well as the demands of motherhood and family, Lara has lived and breathed pressure and high expectations and has learned that life is not a controlled environment where you will be only be exposed to a healthy amount of stress before someone pulls the pin.

Alongside a legal practice, for the past 10 years Lara has coached and mentored many professionals and people in general teaching them how to focus, align, believe and achieve results that line up with their values and true potential and create the lives that they deserve and want.

Lara’s coaching journey started around 14 years ago when she was introduced to the world of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). She has since undertaken training and certification as an NLP Practitioner which she uses on a day to day basis with her clients and her family.

Lara’s experience as a Family Lawyer, trained mediator, coach and NLP practitioner as well as her love and curiosity for people provides her with purpose and passion for helping people move forward.
Lara’s passion and mission in life is to free as many people as possible from the mental shackles that our environment can imprison us in and to give them freedom and space to be the true masters of their own destiny.

Hi, my name is Alannah and I am a passionate advocate for the holistic approach to life. This involves eating whole foods that nourish the body, meditation for mind and functional fitness improving the cardiovascular system.

I am a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Successfully running my own business called WOLFFpack health and fitness. I am  currently completing my bachelor of nutrition as I hope to bring awareness to the area of internal health.

My mission on this earth is to educate and guide you along the holistic health pathway leading to a healthier and happier life.

Thrive Retreat is situated in a peaceful and tranquil location in the Forgotten Valley Country Retreat. It is nestled in Wisemans Ferry just one hour north from Sydney and 2 hours south of Newcastle.

Remove yourself from busy city life and surround yourself within glorious gardens and tranquil scenery.  This retreat will truly have you feeling like you are in heaven.  A refreshing change and relaxing environment that will have you feeling inspired, motivated and ready to take action!

Wake to the fresh scent of the valley, the songs of native birds and the sounds of gentle waterfall, all in harmony with the beautiful surroundings and setting the scene for mindfulness, and mind-body stimulating experience.
